Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty listed on each product page, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Making a claim

Email us your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, a photo or short video showing the problem. We will arrange assessment with you or with the manufacturer’s Australian service agent.
